All arriving guests staying at qualia, Yacht Club Villas and the Beach Club will be met by a guest services representative for private transfers to your accommodation. Guests staying at the Reef View Hotel, Palm Bungalows and holiday home accommodation will need to see the drivers of the island transfer service. We strongly suggest that all bookings for transfers, particularly airport transfers, be made before the date of travel. Our vessels are restricted to carry a maximum number of guests, should this number be reached you will be asked to travel on the next available ferry.

When arriving at the airport you’ll be met by our coach drivers who transfer you to Port of Airlie for vessel transfers to your island resort. All departing passengers should make themselves known to the coach drivers at Port of Airlie for transfers to the airport. Vessels arrive/depart from the jetty at the Airport just 100 metres from the airline check-in desks. Travel to and from the Airport Jetty is strictly for passengers connecting with flights only. Porters will transfer your luggage between the airport terminal and the vessels.
